Eminence Medical is a comprehensive clinic designed to meet individual health care needs, whenever and wherever you are. Our comprehensive clinic has Board-certified clinicians that provide a full spectrum of health and wellness services; including Mobile Primary Care, Urgent Care Telemedicine, Outpatient Therapies to adult family homes, assisted living, and memory care communities.
Mobile PCP is 100% mobile, meaning a doctor will come to you, either to your home or office.
